I have been suffering from a cervical herniated disc in my neck due to a bad fall. Since then I have been treated by several physiotherapists for the excruciating pain I have been experiencing. Yes, the treatment did work and each physiotherapist had their own way of treating the pain.
I have known Mirjan Ilic, a physiotherapist, master Reiki, pilates educator and a vegan for like 4 years ago. She has been treating my neck pain during this time and until now. What can I say? but, she’s a great physiotherapist and one of best in Milano, Italy. Not because she helped me alleviate the pain I was feeling in those times when my neck was really in bad shape but because she will really put all her effort in finding the right technique and exercise to treat your ailment to make you feel better.
When I went to Milano, she even treated me for a dinner. whoa!
and toured me around in Milano.
Her studio is very cozy and with so much light that is really cool rather than studios with artificial lights.
